Job Description:

A  maintenance  mechanic is someone who repairs, upgrades, and maintains large machines and heavy-duty mechanical equipment. They perform maintenance work on a scheduled or emergency basis while monitoring the running conditions of all the equipment they are designated towards.

As an apprentice you will be required to work under supervision to ensure the equipment performs as planned, till the end of the production cycles in the following manufacturing areas: electrical systems and power supply maintenance, as well as mechanical modification.

Here is a brief overview of their responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance procedures on all allocated equipment.
• Troubleshoot specific machine parts or an array of machinery.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment
• Watch control systems for signs of mechanical deterioration
• Diagnose problems via manual observation and electronic aids
• Monitor and/or repair robotics machine.

Job Description: 

A pharmacy technician assists the pharmacist with the preparation of prescription medication for customers. He or she may receive written prescription requests or may process request doctors' offices that have been sent electronically or phoned in.

Depending on state laws, a pharmacy technician may compound or mix medications and get refill authorizations from doctors. Technicians organize drug inventory and lets the pharmacist know if there are any shortages.

• Fill bottles with doctor-prescribed medications, type and apply labels with directions and other information for patients, and pre-pack bulk medications.
• Handle any required cash register operations
• Resolve issues, concerns or complaints made by customers
• Call doctors for prescription refill authorizations
• Type up prescription information details to produce labels for packages
• Keep detailed records of on-hand medications and other stock
• Resolve any issues with patients' insurance coverage

Job Description

 Working as an apprentice under direct supervision, installing electric vehicle changing stations, fiber optics, home and business security systems, telephone systems, computer systems and cable and satellite television systems. Some Installation Technicians may also handle the installation of X-ray medical imaging systems in hospitals and medical or dental clinics and manufacturing equipment in new construction.

In addition to setting up new telecommunication, electric and computer systems for customers, Installation Technicians perform follow-up checks and maintenance to ensure that systems are functioning properly.

Job Description

 Working as an apprentice, under direct supervision of a Journeyman team lead, providing preventative and reactive maintenance in a variety of trades related to apartment and commercial maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, and weatherization. 

Including the following areas:

• Assists in the repair and maintenance of light commercial and/or multi-unit residential facilities
• Repairs drywall, painted surfaces, hard surface materials, various floor coverings, suspended ceilings systems and other general maintenance    
• Responds to plumbing and heating related emergencies, which may include after-hours response from normal daily work schedule.
• Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the maintenance shop and track all inventory used.
• Completes documentation and other paperwork timely and accurately so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked
• Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Responds to all service requests, on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, must be completed in a timely and professional manner
• Assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times
